1 graham cracker crust
1 (1 oz) sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 c fat free sour cream
20 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
1 pkt artificial sweetener
In a bowl, combine instant pudding and sour cream. Mix well. Add crushed pineapple and 1 packet artificial sweetener. Mix mixture into crust and chill 3 hours.
