Baked Ziti


1 lb. ziti pasta
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb ground beef
2 26 oz. jars spaghetti sauce
6 oz. sliced provolone cheese
1 ½ cups sour cream
6 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 TBSP grated parmesan cheese

Cook pasta to al dente, about7 min. Brown onion, garlic and ground beef. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 min. Grease a 9x13” baking dish. Layer as follows: ½ ziti, ½ meat & sauce mixture, sliced provolone, 1 /12 cups sour cream, remaining ziti, remaining meat & sauce, mozerella cheese, top with grated parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
