Rice Pilaf


¼ cup butter
½ cup finely broken vermicelli
1 cup rice
3 cubes chicken bouillon
2 ½ cup water

Melt butter. Lightly brown vermicelli then stir in rice. Boil water and chicken bouillon then add rice mixture. Cover and cook on low 25-30 minutes or until water is gone. Let stand 10 minutes.
