Café Rio Creamy Ranch Dressing

1 buttermilk Ranch packet made per directions on packet (uses 1 cup of both buttermilk and mayo)

2 tomatillos

½ bunch cilantro

1 clove garlic

Juice of 1 lime

1 jalapeno

Use a blender or food processor to blend all ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight.
