Poppy Seed Muffins


3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix all ingredients and beat 2 minutes.  Line cupcake pans or spray with PAM. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.  Makes 24 muffins.
