1 to 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 diced onion
2 c potatoes, cut into chunks
2 c celery, sliced
2 c carrots, cut into chunks
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1/2 t pepper
1 t salt
1 T sugar
2 T uncooked rice
Preheat oven to 325°
Cut vegetables and place in roasting pan or 9x13
Add soups, water, salt, pepper, sugar and rice and mix well.
Pour soup mixture over vegetables.
Break up raw ground beef into chunks and sprinkle on top.
Cover and bake at 325° for 3-5 hours. Add water if too thick. Serves 8.
