Café Rio Sweet Pork


5-6 lb. pork roast
1 cup brown sugar
12 oz LaVictoria taco sauce
20 oz. Coke
1 TBSP cumin

Cook pork roast in crock pot, cover halfway with water and cook on low for about 10 hours. Drain water, shred pork, remove fat. Put pork back in crock pot with other ingredients and cook on low for 6 hours.
