1 pkg baby spinach
½ cup shredded Swiss
cheese
1/3 cup slivered almonds
½ cup pomegranate seeds
Dressing:
3 TBSP canola oil
2 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP white vinegar
¾ tsp poppy seeds
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground mustard
Combine salad
ingredients. Mix dressing in blender. Drizzle over salad just before serving.
