Chocolate Melting Cake


8 oz. dark baking chocolate
1 cup butter
5 eggs, at room temperature
2/3 cup sugar
¾ cup flour

Melt the chocolate and butter together on low heat.  Mix the eggs and sugar and for a few minutes then add the flour.  Add the melted chocolate slowly to the egg mixture.  Mix well.  Pour into greased ramekins and bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.  Makes 8. Serve warm with ice cream. YUMMY!!
