1.5 lbs
pork or chicken, cooked and shredded
(I cook
in a crock pot)
Sauce:
1/3 cup
honey
¼ cup
lime juice
1 TBSP
chili powder
½ tsp
garlic powder
2 (10
oz) cans green enchilada sauce
Mozzarella
cheese
Cheddar
cheese
Flour
tortillas
Mix
together sauce ingredients then add to shredded meat. Let marinate for about 30
min.
Lightly
spray 9x13 with cooking spray. Coat bottom with green enchilada sauce. Fill
tortillas with meat and cheese, place in pan. Cover with more sauce then more cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min.
Broil for a minute or two.
