½ cup Half & Half
1 TBSP sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla
Put in small (sandwich
size) Ziploc baggie and zip tight. Put small bag into a quart sized Ziploc bag
with about a cup of crushed ice
and ¼ cup rock salt. Seal and shake and squish until ice cream is frozen.
