White Chicken Chili

1 TBSP butter 1 medium onion
4 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
2 cans chicken broth
2 small cans green chiles (don’t drain)
3 cans Great Northern Beans (drain)
1 ½ cups sour cream
1 pt. whipping cream
1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. black pepper

In a large pan, saute onion and garlic powder in oil. Add beans, broth, chilies and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, whipping cream and shredded chicken. Serve immediately.
